Shia Joseph Hazlett

Shia Hazlett, age 15, of Newport Tennessee went to be with the lord on April 18th due to a battle with depression. He was preceded in death by his parents Mariela Hazlett and Russell Borders.

He was known as a kind, caring, and thoughtful young man. He loved the little ones and would help anyone who needed it. He was a good friend to many kids and like a brother to a few. He enjoyed football, baseball, Ball games, fishing, riding his Motorcycle, playing video games, and working outside.

Shia left behind his grandma Linda Borders, his sisters Alea Datena, Brooke Williams (Michael Williams), Brittani Artica (Jason Artica), Isabella Datena; his brother Tysen Lackey, Colton Lackey,  Joseph Lackey (Shea lackey); nieces, Raelynn Williams, and Jade Artica.

He will be missed dearly by all of his family and friends.

The family will have a memorial service on May 2nd from 4:00-7:00PM at 466 Learning Way, Newport, TN 37821
