Billie Jene Howard, 68, of Newport, Tn. passed away peacefully September 25, 2019. She is survived by her husband of 50 years Alfred Howard, daughters: Teresa Keith, Ashley (Giovanni) Hernandez and Debbie Taylor. Grandsons: Blade Waters, Gabriel Hernandez, Antonio Hernandez, and Justin Howard. The family would like to thank all of the staff of Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice for all the care and kindness they have shown Mrs. Billie Howard. Visitation Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm in the Chapel Mausoleum at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Graveside Service to follow.
