Betty Nell Moody

Betty Nell Moody, age 84, was called home to be with the Lord on January 30, 2025. She was a faithful member of Centerview Missionary Baptist Church. All who knew her loved her and she was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, James “Boss” and Carmen Lewis, her daughter, Donna Sue Moody and nephew, Chris Lewis. She leaves behind her husband of 61 years, Cecil Moody, her son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Kimberly Moody and granddaughter, Rayanne Moody. Survivors also include her brother and sister-in-law, Elbert and Jean Lewis and several nieces, nephews and special friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 12:00 – 2:00 at Centerview Missionary Baptist Church with the funeral immediately following. Procession and interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
