Betty Jane Salyer

Betty Jane Salyer, 87 of Dandridge, Tn formerly of Elkhorn City, Ky passed away, Thursday, February 11, 2021 at her residence surrounded by loved ones.  She was born in Peeble, Ohio February 4, 1934 the daughter of the late Mary and Gilbert Liming.  Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Zenis Salyer; Four sisters: Lola Shuck, Loretta Stewart, Lorene Owens, Juanita Belcher and one brother Gene Belcher.  Betty is survived by one son Jackie (Ann) Salyer of Lexington, Two daughters Juanita (Curt) Robertson of Pikeville and Teresa (Greg) King of Dandridge. She is also survived by one brother Robert Belcher of Elkhorn City and one sister Ann Setter of Lexington. Four grandchildren Chad (Trina) Romans, Shena (Stephen) Madrid, Kylie (Reed) Terhune and Taylor (Kerry) Newsome. Seven great grandchildren David, Lloyd, Madison, Mackenzie, Roman, and Lyla. A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Monday, February 15, 2021 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum. Entombment to follow.
