Billy Wayne Mack Jr.

Billy Wayne Mack Jr. (Little Billy) age 27, of Newport, Tn. passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2025.  Billy was born and raised in Newport, Tn.  Billy made his living as a mechanic and rollback driver/operator, of which he was very passionate about. One of his favorite hobbies was demolition derby and he also enjoyed riding his four-wheeler.  He was a very proud uncle of his niece Kaylie Ellison, who he loved to spend time with, along with his two little buddies Weston and Isaac Valentine. 

Billy is preceded in death by his father Billy Mack; nanny Linda Radford; great grandmother Louis Radford; grandmother Bessie Mack; uncle Hatchett Mack, and cousin BJ Radford.

He is survived by his mother Teresa Mendenhall; sister Diana (Allen) Arp; niece Kaylie Ellison; papaw Billy Radford; cousin and father figure Bene (Dawn) Shelton; favorite aunt Doris Stanley, aunt Donna (Tony) Lauderdale; uncles Billy J. (Susan) Radford, Bubby Mack, and Gary Mack; brothers by heart Dan Caplet, and Austin Valentine; special aunt Darlene Valentine; cousins Markell Jackson, and Ethan Murphy, and best friend Casey Pittenturf. He also leaves behind many dear friends and a host of other beloved family members.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Resthaven Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum. Funeral Service will start at 3:00 p.m with Pastor Marcus Little to officiate.  Burial to follow at Mack Cemetery.

In place of flowers the family kindly requests donations to assist with funeral expenses for Billy. A donation drop box will be available at services or contributions may be sent to Resthaven Funeral Home directly.
