Brian Joseph Hartsell (43) of Cosby, Tn. died on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. He was preceded in death by his Father Henry Hartsell. He is survived by his Mother Jeanette Hartsell, Brother Robert Hartsell, Sister Ginger Hartsell of Cosby, a very good friend who cared from him Brad Campbell, along with a lot of friends, and his dog and best pal Buddy.
