Carl Lewis McConell, Jr (74) from Sacramento, California passed away suddenly on May 28, 2020. He served the United States Air Force and was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He attended college at the University of Florida, where he earned his degree in Civil Engeneering. Carl had a love of Travel, Camping, the mountains/outdoors, sitting on the back porch while listening to the birds and enjoying the sun rise in the morning and fireflies at night. He is preceded in death by his father Carl Lewis McConnell. Carl was a very loving husband, father, brother and son. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Constance McConnell along with their dog Snuggles III. Sons; Carl E. McConnell (Texas) and Stephen A. McConnell (Florida). (6) Grand children; Skyler, Kai, Jazmyn, Pyper, Jaidyn and Ethan. Mother; Violet a. McConnell (93 years old). Siblings; Patrica, Donna, Cheri & Terry.
