Carlene Sayne

Carlene Sayne, 63, of Del Rio, TN passed away peacefully on May 8th, 2024. Carlene was an accomplished chef. She owned a restaurant, Gourmet Hillbillies, where she could share her passion for cooking with everyone. Carlene also enjoyed the outdoors and going to the lake. She was a well-loved granny and loved getting to spend time with her grandsons.

Carlene was preceded in death by her grandparents, Almeda and Burnett Ellis and Bertha and John Gunter; her father, Bob Sayne; great-grandparents, Bruce and Nina Ellis; aunt and uncle, Viola and Houston Presley of North Carolina; cousin, Lisa Ellis Kirk; and great-uncle and aunt, Raymond and Ann Ellis.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Amber (Bryan Jones) Belcher; mother, DeAnna Mooneyhan; son, Robbie Sayne; grandson, Levi Jones; sister, Kendra Rhodes; uncle Jerry (Brenda) Ellis; cousins, Darrell (Brenda) Ellis, Ronnie Presley of Florida, Kay Passmore of North Carolina, Gary Ellis and Kim (Billy) Swann; Taylor and Tyler Norton, who will always hold a place in granny's heart; and many more beloved family members.
