Carolyn Faye (Hurst) Cody

Carolyn Cody passed away at 73. She passed away peacefully in her home. She was a very independent woman. Carolyn was a cook at Walter State Community College. She loved spending time with family.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Hurst; mother, Gorgie Hurst; as well as 7 other brothers and sisters.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Tammy Firanek and son-in-law Michael Firanek; brothers, Bill Hurst and Gene Hurst; grandchildren, Brandon Seay and Taylor Yazel; great-grandchildren, Zachery Firanek, Dolly Firanek, Peyton Firanek and Leland Firanek; great-great-grandchildren, Austyn Yazel, Aryanna Yazel, Mackensie Shinault and Olin Shinault; as well as several nieces and nephews.
