Catherine “Cathy” Carroll, 68, of Newport, TN. passed away December 29, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents Mitchell and Betty Shelton and sister Sarah Ann Thomas. Cathy is survived by two children and her two sisters. Cathy is best described as having a big kid like personality. She will be missed.
