Charles “Cowboy” Clayton Justice of Jefferson City, TN passed away on Thursday July 22, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father Carl Clayton Justice and mother Patty Jean Justice. He is survived by his wife Becky Justice, son Dylan Justice of Knoxville, TN. daughters Campbell and Charli Justice, stepson Coleman Skeen, stepdaughters Aubrey and Kylie Skeen of Jefferson City, TN, and cousins Gary, Tony, Bryce Justice. He was a beloved husband, father and friend to many people. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday July 27, 2021 6:00 pm at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
