Clarence Herbert Williams 85, of Dandridge, Tn. passed away Monday November 30, 2020 peacefully at his home. Clarence was a veteran serving in the United States Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his parents Grover Williams and spouse Stella; son Raymond. He is survived by his wife Anita Williams; children Mark Williams, Roger and spouse Atsuko Williams; grandchildren Jessica, Steven, Austin, Ashley and Kei; Great grandchild Loki Schiavo. There will be a private memorial service at a later date.
