Dorce Shults

Dorce Shults, 82, of Dandridge, Tennessee passed away peacefully at his home November 29, 2023. Dorce, was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Dandridge.  He retired from Bush Brothers and enjoyed his days at home watching westerns and WWE wrestling. When he was not watching Gunsmoke, he would enjoy to get out and do some fishing.  His family describes him as a simple down to earth man who was loved by so many. Dorce is preceded in death by his parents Dalzell and Willa Mae Shults. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Helen Shults, daughter; Elisa Poore; son, Roger (Laura) Shults; grandson, Ricky(Megan) Poore; granddaughters, Jessimine (Steven) Koon Jr., Morgan (Antonio) Burnett, and Kayli McDowell, great grandsons, Steven Koon III and Lukas Koon, Henry Burnett, Isaiah, and Nathaniel Krespo; his very best dog friend; Sheba and many other family members and friends.   A Celebration of his life will be planned at a later date.
