Elizabeth Ann "Sissy" (Perry) Yarbrough

Elizabeth Ann Perry Yarbrough, also known as “Sissy” passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024 in Newport at 54 years old. Born October 1, 1970, in Cocke County where she was raised and had many, she considered family here. Anyone who knew her would always be entertained by something she would say.  Sissy loved her family dearly and that was known.

She is preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Barnes Perry; father Frank Perry. She is survived by her daughter Paige Gunter and her ten grandchildren; her dog Daisy; brother Darrell Perry; nieces and nephews Emily, Caleb, Audrey Perry and special friends Robert Gunter and Dwayne Yarbrough.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date next year.
