Evelyn Louise Long

Evelyn Louise Long passed away Friday, February 12, 2021. A woman who continued to spread her love and caring to all around her. She will be missed dearly and forever loved by many. A retired manager at Traveler’s Insurance, she was born June 12, 1943. She is survived by her soulmate, Bill Gilliam. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Lancaster and Marie Huff Lancaster.She is survived by seven siblings: Reba D. Buckner, Clarence (Mary) Lancaster, Jaynie Valentine, David (Tammy Lilly) Lancaster, Marilyn Lancaster, William (Barbara) Lancaster, and Nancy (Dwane) Powers.She is survived by three children: William (Kathleen) Long, Jay-Lin Fine, and Christopher (Cathy) Reed. She is also survived and forever loved by eleven grandchildren: Chris Daniels, Juliann, Patrick, Erynn, Tanner, Annastyn, and Jameson Long (William). Ethan, Eli, and Allison Fine (Jay-Lin). Kaden Ellis (Christopher). Also, two great grandchildren, Asce and Winry Cordle (Juliann). As well as many Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

Visitation will be held from 2:00pm – 4:00pm Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum. Funeral will begin at 4:00pm with burial to follow at Resthaven.
