Frank L. Gass, Jr

Frank Lenord Gass, Jr., age 88, of Jefferson City, TN passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022. He attended Mt. Vale Church of God and was a veteran of the U. S. Army.  He was a retired miner from New Jersey Zinc Mines, and former employee of Carson-Newman College.  He enjoyed farming and spending time with his family and will be greatly missed by all that knew him. He is preceded in death by his parents, Donna and Frank L. Gass, Sr.; three sisters, and three brothers. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Geraldine Gass; daughter, Jo Ann Clawson (Robert); granddaughters, Brittany and Brandi Clawson; great-granddaughters, Rilee and  Aubree Wells; sisters, Nancy Gulley and Cynthia Wemlinger; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather at Resthaven Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 2:45 pm for a 3:00 pm graveside service. D.A.V Post 5266 providing military honors.
