Frankie Gene Ellison, age 59, of Dandridge, passed away at his home Thursday, March 10, 2022. Frankie is preceded in death by mother, Bonnie Ellison Rolen; step-dad, Willie Rolen; grandparents, Garfield (Dick) Ellison, Bertha Gann Ellison; uncle, Ben Ellison; step-brother, Jimmy Rolen; step-sisters, Bessie Oakley, Betty Sue McCarter. Frankie is survived by brother, Tony (Melinda) Rolen; sisters, Kate Lane, Kip Byrd, Freda Caughron, Bonnie Marie Rolen; several nieces and nephews; and his mountain friends. A graveside service will be held at Taft Cemetery also known as Taff Cemetery in the  Dandridge-Chestnut Hill area on Saturday, April 2, 2021 at 3:00pm with Rev. John Clark officiating.
