Herbert Phillips

Herbert Phillips (90) of Morristown, Tn . passed  peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, March 18, 2020. He was a soldier, a dad, a grandfather, a brother, and a dear friend.  He served the United States Army and was a Veteran of the Korean War.  He was a good worker, a philosopher, a deputy of the sheriffs department, and a dear friend to many.   He is preceded in death by his wife of 25 years Imogene Phillips. He is survived by his brother Earl Phillips. His five children; Vicki Grooms, Barbara Morin, Mark Willis, Rocky McCracken, and Buffy Dukes. He has several grandchildren and great grand children that he loved so very much. His family will hold their memories of him close to their hearts. He will always be loved and very much missed.  A graveside service will be held Saturday March 21, 2020 at 11:30 am at Emma Jarnagin Cemetery in Morristown, Tn.
