James “Beatle” Murphy, (34), of Newport, Tn unexpectedly passed away Friday, August 25, 2023. James originally from Montgomery, Alabama grew up in Newport, TN. He is described as a mischievous child, who was always very happy. The ones that love him best say he was very clean and enjoyed cleaning. He loved bowling, fishing, and camping and was at peace being in the mountains. He was very proud of his collection of crosses. His mother and daughter meant the absolute most to him and his kind heart would always give to others. James was preceded in death by his father; David Wesley “DW” Ball, brother; Greg Stroud, and special friend Charlie Reynolds (father of Angel Vargas)
Many Survivors of James include his mother; Annie Ball, daughter; Adilyn Murphy, sister; Amy Murphy, girlfriend; Kimberly Gudger, step-sisters; Sissy (David) Dockery, Vella Barnett, Irene Basset, and Sherry Sweeten, nephew; Robert Dockery, nieces; Annie Dockery, Kristina Dockery, and Olivia Ballard, grandma; Dora Ball “Kitty Hopper”, and friends to include Claude, Lynette, and Michael Owens, Darlen Shelton, Pedro Reynolds, Jacob Reynolds, Lisa Vargas and a special childhood friend Angel Vargas.
The family will meet for his burial on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 4:00pm Address: 302 Shag Rd, Newport, TN.
