JoAnn Butler

JoAnn (Swann) Butler, age 52, of Newport, passed away Monday, July 4, 2022. She was a loving mother and grandmother to her 3 grandchildren.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Bernice Swann; grandson, Bradley Jackson; sisters, Linda Northern, Johnnie Faye Breeden, Gail Huskey, Vada Gene Mathis, Peggy Neely; brothers Randy Bright and Richard Bright.

She is survived by her daughter, Charity Jackson and husband Sherman; grandchildren, Sabrina and DJ Jackson; sisters, Anneda Shepherd and Helen Drost; Brother Teddy Bright; several nieces and nephews and other family members. Resthaven Funeral Home is honored to serve JoAnn’s family.
