Journey Dawn Sifontes passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. Journey was proceeded in death by cousin Tanicka Gillespie; Grandfather Eduardo Sifontes; Uncle Jose Bernardo Sifontes; Pop Pop Marvin T Davis; Great Grandma Doris Thompson; Papaw Santos Sifontes; Great Grandma Rebecca Hourani; Great Aunt JoJo Hourani; Grandfather Gary Price. He is survived by his father Justin Sifontes; Mother LaTosha Price; Sister Brittany Craig; Brother Justin Sifontes Jr.; Mamaw Doris Sifontes; Papaw Santos Sifontes; Great Grandma Jovita Sifontes.

There will be a graveside service on Sunday, March 24, 2024. At 2:00 pm with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
