Joyce Marie Leeds

Joyce Leeds, 63, of Newport passed away at her home on September 14, 2023. She was preceded in death by her late husband Tim Leeds of Newport, parents, Bobby Gene Ottinger and Cora Lee Parton;brother, David Parton; In-laws, Nettis Ray Ball and Susie Louise Ball. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Ball from Newport; her first love, Elmer Ball of Del Rio; her three brothers, Paul (Kathy) Parton, Eddie Parton; sister, Velma Parton; her four miracle grandchildren, Alyssa and Hunter Park, Bryson and Destiny Ball; finally, two great grandchildren Amyra and Elaina Ball; a special son, Christopher Cagle of Newport; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Joyce was known for her adoration of all animals. She loved being a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. "We were her world. She had a heart of gold and would help anyone. Momma never met a stranger. She was the most loyal, loving, and caring person I know. She deserved the finest. I love you momma. Go rest with Jesus now and wait for us to meet again."  Arrangements will be made at a later date.
