Joyce Aphline Waters, age 94 of Talbott, TN, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022. She was a beloved mother and devoted Christian, baptized May 4, 1960 at Orlando Baptist Temple, in Orlando, FL. She was preceded in death by husband, Arvil (Bud) Otis Waters; father, Oscar Estes; mother, Beulah Estes Riggins; stepfather, Wilburn Riggins; daughters, Joy Blackmon, and Carol Davis; brothers, Raymond Estes, Harvey Estes; sister, Evelyn Schwen. Joyce is survived by children, Harry Waters, Darrell Waters, Terry Waters, and Donna (Eddie) Koster; numerous beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to God's Willing Vessels at Swannsylvania Baptist Church, PO Box 1168, Dandridge, TN 37725. A graveside service will be held at Elzey’s Chapel Cemetery in Worthington Springs, FL on Saturday, June 11, 2022. Resthaven Funeral Home is honored to serve the Waters family
