Judithann (Judy) Sprouse

Loving mother, sister, and aunt, Judithann Melissa Sprouse, (Judy), age 79, passed away on October 12, 2022. Judy was born on June 10, 1943 in Bridgeton New Jersey; the daughter of the late Ann E. Flanagan and George R. Flanagan and married to the late Elmer Sprouse for 49 years.  Judy enjoyed fishing, the beach, and her Tennessee mountains. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Elmer Sprouse, her brother, Ronald Shimp, and her sister, Rebecca Pierce.  She was the loving mother of Ronald Sprouse (nee Danne) and Sharon VanAtta (nee Larry) and loving grandmother to Brandon Sprouse, Tyler Sprouse (nee Morgan), Tara Phillips (nee Kevin), Brittany Falco (nee Jason) and Kaitlin Turner; Loving great grandmother to Peyton Phillips, Maci Phillips, Lorelai Phillips, Billy Wark, Emmett Wark, Leonardo Wark, Jenna Falco and Ameila Falco; and loving aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.  Services will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 11 AM in the Chapel Mausoleum of Resthaven Memorial Gardens located at 2642 E Hwy 25/70, Dandridge, Tennessee. Burial to follow.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Judy’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association located at 9050 Executive Park Drive, Suite A 106, Knoxville, Tennessee.
