Kay Frances Lunsford, 78, of Newport, Tn. passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023. Kay was preceded in death by her husband Robert Lunsford, parents; John and Daisy Lamb, one brother, two sisters, and her daughter-in-law Dedra Ellison. She is survived by her two sons Scott Ellison, Dale (Jane) Ellison, grandson; Brian Ellison, and many nieces and nephews and her best friend and furbaby Daisy. The family will have a private Celebration of her Life at a later date.
