Leslie Collins Obituary

Leslie Jean Wyatt Collins departed this life Nov. 27, 2020. She was born in Atlanta on Feb. 1. 1955 to Peggy and Buddy Wyatt.

After arriving in Morristown Leslie was very involved with Morristown Theater Guild, All Saints Episcopal Church, and B.P.O.E. She was a beloved employee of Purkey, Carter, Compton, Swan and Carter from 1988 until her retirement in 2020. Leslie’s kind and generous nature spoke of true wisdom. Her uncanny sense of humor revealed a poet at heart. She loved her friends, her family and her cats.

Leslie was predeceased by her parents and husband Larry Collins. Survivors include daughter Luciann Waldrup, step children Jill Collins-Sinnott and Dustin Collins, sister Victoria Couch, brothers Charles Richard Wyatt and Jeffrey Alan Wyatt.

A Celebration of life service will be planned for a later date.
