Lloyd Alfred Sane

Lloyd A. Sane, age 77, of Parrottsville, Tn. went to his Heavenly home on April 7, 2025.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carolyn Holt Sane, and his cherished grandson, Corey Edwin Sane.  He was also preceded by his parents, Cecil, and Hattie Sane; in-laws Wayne and Mildred Holt; brothers Athan, L.V., Alton and Willis; sisters Vala Mae, Mary Belle, Lucy, and Margarette.

He is lovingly remembered by his children Chris Sane, Carla (Garry) Grooms and Cari (Adam) Vinson.

Lloyd’s legacy continues through his grandchildren; Carolann (Denton) McMahan, Colby Grooms, Caelyn and Case Vinson, and great-granddaughter Marleigh McMahan. He is also survived by his brothers Ed (Becky) Sane, Lonnie and Mack; sisters Vava Lee Cummings, Flora Butterworth, and Sylvia Turner; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A special Thank you to his niece Brooke Sane Johnson and dear friend Tricia Cody along with his cousin Glen Gregg for their many times they accompanied Lloyd to his doctor appointments Also thank you to special friend Teddy Dyke and his grandson Daniel for all the quality time they spent with him.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt appreciation to Smoky Mountain Health and Hospice especially Jeff, Amber, and Tamara for their exceptional care and compassion.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at Resthaven Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum. Funeral service will begin at 5:00pm. Burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
