In Loving Memory of Mary Margaret Laymon (Smith)

Mary Margaret Laymon, born on April 17, 1943, in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada, peacefully passed away at home on January 8, 2023. She embraced life's journey with grace and touched the hearts of those around her.

After relocating to Texas, Mary met her beloved husband of 54 years, Ray Laymon, with whom she built a life filled with love and joy. Later, they moved to Dandridge, TN, creating lasting memories in their new home.

Mary is preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Smith, and her son, Ray Thomas Laymon II. She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Ray Laymon, her daughter Laura (Michael) Mills, brothers William (Anne) Smith, Shawn (Carol) Smith, Jessie Nipper, Glenda Buckner (Don), Austin (Marva) Layman, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and her dear friend Diane Adkins.

In accordance with Mary's wishes, no services will be held.

May Mary Margaret Laymon's soul rest in eternal peace, and may her cherished memories live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
