Monnie Fraley, 80, of White Pine, Tn., passed away unexpectedly at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, Tn.. She was born Monnie Russell and raised in Lee County Virginia. She was a devout Christian and member of Jesus is Lord Holiness Church in Parrottsville, Tn. She is preceded in death by her parents Dewey and Estelle Russell, Grand-daughter Kayla Sartain. Brothers, Louis, Alfred, Tommy and Don. Sisters Lydia Jane, Barbara, and Rosalee. She is survived by her husband Robert “Bob” Fraley of the home. Son Rick Fraley and wife Karen of New Market, Tn., Son Gene Fraley and wife Debra of White Pine, Tn. Daughter Mary McCoy and husband Mickey of White Pine, Tn., Daughter Amy Smith and husband Billy of White Pine, Tn. Step-daughter Dianne Hawkins and husband Gene Hawkins of Whitesburg, Tn., Step-son Robbie Fraley of Newport, Tn., Sister Louise Russell of Jonesville, Va., Sister Margaret Gibson of Ben Hur, Va, Brother Charlie Russell of Keokee, Va., Sister in law Nila Fraley of Newport, Tn., Grand Children, Ashley, Chris, Le’anne, Victoria, Josh, Amanda, Pamela, Tiffany, Robin, Dylan, Sonny, Hunter, Lindsey and Mickensy. 24 great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews. She will have a graveside service per her request at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Monday, September 15th, 2025 at 1:00pm.
