Randall Ray Clevenger

Randy, age 81, of Newport, TN, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family, Tuesday March 5th, 2024. Born February 18th, 1943, in Tennessee, he was the son of the late Ray and June Clevenger of Newport. He was a self-taught HAM operator, ultra-light pilot, computer tech and many other skills.

Randy is survived by his wife of 52 years, Elizabeth (Lib) Clevenger; mother-in-law, Grace Clark; sister-in-law, Kathy (Fabian) Santos; son, Rick (Charlene) Foust; daughters, Mitzi Thomas and Cricket Phillips; grandchildren, Brandi Phillips, Tassy Hopkins, Ashley Foust (Alicia), Logan (Ericka) Foust, Tyeara Foust (Trevor) and Maranda (Kyle) Wright; several great grandchildren and a host of friends, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Life is planned for Sunday, April 7, 2024 starting at 1:00pm at Smokey Mountain Home Health and Hospice - 222 Heritage Blvd- Newport, TN. 37821
