Obituary
Richard Ray Hart, (63), of Newport, TN. passed away Monday, September 4, 2023. Richard was a proud veteran of the United States Army (Military Police). Some of his favorite things to do were watching cooking shows, listening to music, play video games, and spend time with his family. He was an avid football fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Richard was preceded in death by his father James Hart and mother Anne Fox. He is survived by his wife of almost twenty-one years Peggy Hart, daughters; Nicole (Aaron) Buchanan, Chloe Hart, sons; Jacob Belcher, Jaxon Hart, grandson; Nikolai Buchanan, stepmother; Terry Hart, sister; Maria (Roy) Gregg, aunts; Jackie Tranbarger, Jeanie (David) Crumpton, and Sarah Williams. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins and special Friend Don Cornette. The Hart family would like to invite friends and family to join them in a Celebration of Life gathering including military honors ceremony that will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 10:00am-12:00pm at Resthaven Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum.
