Robert Howard Fraley 86 of Newport Tn. Passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family November 8th,2025

He was a veteran of the United States Army. He pastored Jesus is God Holiness Church in Parrottsville, TN.

He was preceded in death by his first wife of 19 years Barbara Fraley and his wife of 33 years Monnie Fraley, his parents Robert A and Mary Fraley, granddaughter Kayla Sartain, brothers James, Kenneth, and Everett Fraley.

He is survived by his children Dianne (Gene) Hawkins of Whitesburg Tn., Robbie Fraley of Newport Tn., Rick (Karen) Fraley of New Market Tn. Gene (Debra) Fraley of White Pine Tn. Mary (Mickey)Mccoy of White Pine Tn. Amy (Billy) Smith of White Pine Tn. And a special person that he welcomed into his home as a teenager and loved him as a son Gene (Joyce) Pack of Benton Tn.

Grandchildren Sonny Eslinger, Hunter Fraley, Ashley, Chris, Le'Anne,Victoria  Josh, Amanda, Pamela, Tiffany, Robyn, Dylan, Lindsey, Mickensy and Wynter 26 great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. And sister-in-law Nila Fraley of Newport Tn.

He will have a Military graveside service per his request at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Dandridge Tn. Wednesday November 12th at 2:00 p.m. officiating Reverend Rick Fraley and Reverend Mickey Mccoy.
