Ronald Thomas Carr born August 30, 1942 in Albany, N.Y. died July 10, 2023 at Mt. Home Veterans Hospital. He was long time resident of Rutledge, TN. He is Preceded in death by his Mom, Dad and brother. Left to carry on his legacy his wife Judith of 54 yrs. sons Fred; Ryan (Lacy) and Jeremy; adored grandchildren Joshua, Keegan, Kennedy, Taylor, Mason, Jaxson and Jameson; and many friends and relatives. A Military service will be held July 28th at 12:30 at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery located off John Sevier Hwy. of Knoxville, Tn. A celebration of his life will be in Florida on Sept. 10, 2023.
