Ronald "Ronnie" Dewey Elswick

Ronald Dewey Elswick “Ronnie” of Dandridge, passed away unexpectedly on May 10, 2023. Ronnie was a veteran of the United States Air Force. In his younger years, Ronnie enjoyed fishing and was a great bowler. Later in life, Ronnie spent his time in church and enjoyed bible study with friends.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Vergil and Kathleen Elswick; Charles Foster; Homer Foster; Jack Foster; Veral Elswick; and Marie Osteen.

Ronnie is survived by Bryan Elswick (Jessica Haney); Jerry Foster; Emma Kate Davis (David); Larry Foster; Earl Elswick; Randy Elswick; Gary Elswick; Delmer Bowman; Brenda Bowman; Shane Bowman; Stoney Bowman; Cindy Bowman; Little Virgil Foster; and and special friend, Brenda Dembrosky & Coco.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023, from 1:00pm-3:00pm with funeral service to follow at Swannsylvania Baptist Church. Family and friends will go in procession to Resthaven Memorial Gardens for military honors and entombment following the service. Mike Hensley will be officiating services.
