Rosey Lee Messer

Rosey Lee Messer, age 75, of Newport passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday November 15, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Glennie Mae Kirkpatrick; late husband Roth L. Messer Jr.; infant daughter Brenda D. Messer; brothers Jimmy Kirkpatrick and Darrell Kirkpatrick; and sisters Marie Evans, Vernie Henderson, Martha Price, and Christine O'Dell. She is survived by her children Harold Sutton, Danny Sutton, Wayne Jenkins, Timothy Messer, Amanda Foster, and Eric Collins; 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild, brother Ben "Sonny" Kirkpatrick; and sisters Mary Sutton, Loretta Arrington, Betty Ruth Frasier, Frances Faye Sutton, Dora Ball, and Charlene Warden. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday November 17, 2022 at Sandhill Cemetery in Del Rio, TN.
