Ruby J. Mills

Ruby Mills 84, of Dandridge, Tn. passed away Tuesday December 15, 2020 at UT Medical Center. She preceded in death by her husband James Mills; Parents Charles E. and Rutha (Price) Brown; brothers Ray Walter Brown, Roy D. (Viola) Brown, Buck Brown; sisters Edith (Johnny) Ball, Betty (OB) Roberts, Dorothy Roberts. She is survived by daughters Sandi (David) Oliver of Dandridge, Elizabeth (Doug) Ailor of Parrottsville; Grandsons PFC Jace Ailor of South Korea, Bryce (Alexis) Ailor of Newport; Greatgrandaughter Layla Ailor; sister Beulah (Bill) Bowers of Newport; Sister-in-law Vontella Brown of Newport and other family and friends. 

A Memorial Service will be held 11A.M. Saturday December 19, 2020 at Resthaven Chapel Mausoleum with Rev. Mike Hensley officiating. Per CDC guidelines please practice social distancing and face masks are highly recommended.
