Sandra Kaye Blanchard Fleming (Sandy), age 69, passed away at Newport Health and Rehab on October 17, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Josephine Blanchard; husband, Ricky Fleming; daughter, B.J.; and sister, Linda Wise (Mikie).

She is survived by siblings, Norma Owenby, Audrey Jones and WIlliam "Moe" Blanchard (Diane); nieces and nephews, Kevin Gregg (Misty), Donna Jones, Trey Jones, Renee Ragle (Craig), Bill Blanchard and Daniel Blanchard; and great nephews, Justin Gregg, Matthew and Caleb Morie, and Charlie and Peyton Jones.

Per her wishes, she was cremated and a private family burial will be in the Blanchard Cemetery at a later date.
