Shirley Ann Messer

Shirley Ann Keaton Messer, 70, of Parrottsville, Tennessee, passed away on August 6, 2025. She was born on December 15, 1954.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Messer; her parents, Ernie Keaton and Lillian Eidson; her brother, Russel Keaton; and her sister, Vickey Keaton.

Shirley is survived by her siblings, Charles Keaton, Edmon Keaton, and Laura Sue Keaton.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 1:00 to 2:00pm at Resthaven Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum. Funeral will begin at 2:00pm with entombment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in her memory.
