Sondra "Sandy" Denise Haney

Sondra Denise Haney, age 59 of Del Rio, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022. Sondra was a dedicated mother and wife to her family and will be remembered fondly. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Hilda Sowers; sister, Judy Lundy; brother, Jackie Sowers; son-in-law, Adam Paulette; mother-in-law, Linda Sue Arrowood; and father-in-law, Harold Dean Haney. She is survived by her husband, Ricky Haney of Del Rio; son, Matthew Haskins of Mississippi; daughters, Tiffany Haney (Johnnie Keasling) of Dandridge, Crystal Bingham (Travis Richmond) of Hartford and Sarah Haney (Thomas Seymore) of Del Rio; brothers, Frank Sowers, Jimmy Sowers, Doak Sowers all of Knoxville and Shorty Sowers of Virginia; grandchildren, Connor Keasling, Marcus Paulette, Gracie Paulette, Julia Richmond, Madilynn Seymore and Raelynn Seymore; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mark and Sherrie Turner of Del Rio; and special friends, Russ Mooneyham and Lacy Hall.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Thursday, September 15th, 2022, in the chapel at Resthaven Memorial Gardens with the service to follow at 6:00 pm. 

Family and friends will meet at 10:45 am on Friday, September 16th, 2022, at Clark Cemetery-Deep Gap, Deep Gap Rd, Del Rio, TN 37727, for an 11:00 am burial service. Resthaven Funeral Home is honored to serve the Haney family.
