Tony Harris

Tony Harris, 69, of Newport, passed away Monday, December 18th, peacefully in his home with his wife, Ruth Harris.

He and Ruth were married for 26 years. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corp.

He was of the Baptist faith.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mary Lou Harris; brothers, Jimmy Harris and Don Harris; sisters, Loretta Cobb and Linda Harris; nephew, Keith Harris; and mother-in-law, Minnie Worex.

Tony is survived by his loving wife, Ruth Harris; son, Aaron Norris; brother, Kevin (Brenda) Harris; and sister, Carol McClendon.

He had a special bond with all his nieces and nephews.
