Virgil R Goins age 90, of Rogersville passed away Tuesday May 16th, 2023. He was preceded in death by his wife Virgie Helton Goins; Mother Beulah (Jessie ) Greene; sons Steven, Terry, Virgil A. and Mark Goins. Daughters Lisa Reed & Carol Parks; Grand Daughter, Chrystal Reed, Stepbrother Grandson Stevie Goins. Stepbrother Clyde E. Goins Son in law Clayton Owenby, Daughter In law Martha ( Wallace ) Goins.

He Is Survived by his son David Goins of Rogersville grandchildren; Derrick, Erica & Kourtney Goins. Daughters; Theresa Goins, Audrey Owenby of Newport grandchildren; Nathan and Travis Owenby Lynitta and Brandon Thomas of Bulls Gap. Grandchildren; Sebastian & Cristina Thomas; Brother Paul (Carl) Goins of Morristown. Step siblings; James, Lillie Mae and Dorothy of Oliver Springs TN. Grand Children; Kevin Reed, Jason and Jennifer Parks, Nicklaus Wallen. Son In law Gary Parks along with several great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
