Wanda Fain Obituary

Wanda Sue Fain, age 81 of Dandridge, passed away peacefully May 25, 2021, at Chandler House of Jefferson City, TNafter a lingering illness.Wanda was born November 12, 1939, in Dandridge, TN and spent her life in the Dandridge area raising her family and working as a bookkeeper until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents Veda and Lloyd Strange, husband Charlie Fain and sons Clyde and Richard Scarlett. She is survived by 6 grandchildren, Kenney Scarlett, Chelsey, RJ and Tony Scarlett, Karra Cook and Daniel Scarlett, several great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.Wanda and Charlie enjoyed traveling on tour trips and working in their flowers. Wanda loved reminiscing of these times together. She also enjoyed playing the piano and helping in the Rescue Squad. A service will be held on Monday, May 31, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel Mausolum at Resthaven Memorial Gardens with internment at 11:00 a.m. with Kenneth Davis officiating. The family would like to offer special thanks to Chandler House for their care and compassion.
