Willis Kiser, 83 passed away Monday, Oct. 23, 2023 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents Dorris Menke Kiser and Walter William Kiser; brother John Mikel Kiser; sisters Ida Beth Walker and Nellie McGeehon. He is survived by his daughter Angela Breeden; two granddaughters; one granson; twin bother Bill Kiser; brother Thomas Kiser; sister Alice Herman of Eustis, Florida. Two great-granddaughters; two great-grandsons. He loved the Lord and will missed by all his family and friends.
